WE Global is a Startup Innovation Studio run by and for women entrepreneurs that leverages the expertise of enterprise partnerships to refine the product/market fit and scale the growth of young, impactful, high quality businesses.
In addition to WE building a collaborativemultinational founder community network, it will be launching the WE digital interactive content platform this fall for startup education as well as personal mastery development available to all global founders by subscription.
The WE Studio Innovation Program, by comparison, is invitation only and hands on. The Studio partners with founders to create high impact startups. These WE portfolio companies reseed our ecosystem as enterprise partners, advisors, and capital.
The program offers an elite mentor and operational advisor network, as well as matchmaking services to key enterprise beta and channel partners to validate product/market fit and go market strategy.
WE is dedicated to creating, launching and leading successful startups through an intensive co-creation program that leverages community education, operational expertise, enterprise partnerships, strategists, capital advisors and representation to drive meaningful traction and deliver high revenue streams at the Pre-Seed to Series A stage.

Meet Our Team
Beatriz Acevedo is a leading inspirational voice and Latina entrepreneur in the United States. She has dedicated her career to creating opportunities in an effort to influence authentic and positive depictions of Latinos in society.
Beatriz began her career as a young radio and television host. Her work has earned her three Emmy Awards, a MTV Music Video Award, two Streamy Awards, a Media Correspondent Award, among others. She has also created a variety of branded content and marketing campaigns targeting millennial youth for numerous blue-chip brands.
Beatriz was the co-founder and President of mitú, the leading digital media brand for young Latinos in the U.S. Under her leadership she went on to raise $50M in funding, led by some of the most successful venture capital groups in California. The mentorship initiatives that she created through her Accelerator Program, have also provided invaluable access to the next generation of multicultural storytellers.

Sara Qazi is a seasoned senior finance and entertainment professional with an entrepreneurial bent and penchant for building businesses. She is currently the First Vice President and Director of the Global Sports & Entertainment division of Morgan Stanley, specializing in strategic financial consulting for the media, music and filmed entertainment industries.
Sara’s 22 years in the capital markets spanned the prestigious firm of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette, where she worked with large institutional clients, hedge funds, legendary technology investors and founding C-suite executives of publicly held companies to UBS. Sara established her private client practice focused on social impact investments for the media and entertainment industry at UBS, which she later expanded upon moving to Morgan Stanley.
Beverly Beattie is the Founder of Selden Beattie, Inc., a forward thinking, employee benefits advisory firm based in South Florida. Selden Beattie recently merged with OneDigital, the nation’s largest benefits advisory organization, based in Atlanta , Georgia. With over 30 years of industry experience, Beverly has established herself and her firm as one of the most highly regarded advisors in the Southeast. She has been featured in Employee Benefit Advisor Magazine five times; first as the cover story in 2010 as an industry "PathFinder" and then in subsequent years being recognized as the "Advisor of the Year" and "Top Women in Benefits Advising."
Prior to founding Selden Beattie in 1997, Beverly honed her skills in the business of healthcare as the Corporate and International Director of Business Development for Baptist Health, one of the largest healthcare systems in the Southeast. She led a corporate and international program, creating direct employer contracts designed to reduce healthcare and workers comp spend and drive significant ROI to large employer organizations.

Eve Psalti, is the Head of Strategic Platforms for Google Cloud responsible for the Canada, US, and Latin America regions. She is working with enterprise customers across industries to help them grow their businesses through digital transformation initiatives, optimizing their operations and delighting their customers through seamless digital experiences all powered by cloud technologies and API platforms.
Prior to joining Google, Eve held business development, sales and marketing leadership positions for 17 years at Microsoft and startups across the US and Europe. She’s passionate about ed-tech initiatives and enabling under-represented communities to have access to leadership and career growth opportunities through STEM.
Bianca graduated from UCLA in 2018 where she majored in Communication and minored in Film, TV, and Digital Media. In the span of two years, she interned for Allied Integrated Marketing, Blackwood for Men, Lionsgate Entertainment, FOX Broadcasting Company, and the City of Beverly Hills.
After college, she accepted a marketing coordinator role for boscia skincare, where she managed their social media accounts- resulting in their instagram account growing over 175k followers organically, and over $180k in online sales in just months through an ambassador program that she led.
After boscia, Bianca branched out into the health & wellness tech space to join the company Hyperice, where she is a digital marketing specialist. She continues to manage their social media accounts, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and social media ads. In her free time, she also manages a Palm Spring restaurant's instagram account where her creativity can shine.

Delilah Panio is Vice President of Capital Formation for Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) based in Southern California. In this role, Delilah advises U.S. companies on the opportunity to list and raise capital on Canada’s premier equity markets. She is a frequent speaker and pitch competition judge and coach, and was recently named in the “2019 Top 100 People in Finance” Magazine.
Previously, Delilah spent 10 years at TSX and TSXV in business development and strategy. She has advised many companies
on the going public process and provides an understanding of private and public financing options in Canada and the United States.
