Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman unveiled a plan to increase representation of women and underserved minorities on the boards of Nasdaq-listed companies. Jane Fraser was named the new CEO of Citigroup, making her the first woman to run a major U.S. bank. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
